Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, highly motivated and friendly Windows Sales Associates to join our team! As a Windows Sales Representative, you will educate customers in the importance of window replacement in their home.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and educated window sales pitch
- Attend weekly meetings to better understand and help reach our company goals
- Ongoing communication with customers from start to finish of their window project
- Must have own vehicle for transportation
- Must have own cell phone for apps and communication purposes
- Drive sales goals as set forth by the company
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must own vehicle for daily transportation to local areas
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in Roofing Sales
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
