Responsibilities:

• Make and receive phone calls to/from past due accounts
• Develop positive relationships with customer base
• Problem solve with customers to help them bring their accounts to current status
• Make sure that all compliance policies and collection laws are adhered to.
• Help monitor other collector's activity to ensure proper procedures and guidelines are followed
• Keep customer's account information up to date
• Verify new loan packages for accuracy prior to funding
• General administrative
• Meet monthly department collection and delinquency goals
