About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Real Estate / Real Assets Funds, VP with a deep understanding of both equity and credit funds in real estate and real assets, and knowledge of private credit and private equity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sourcing and execution of investments in private market funds, managing investment pacing and portfolio construction for clients, and participating in various investment meetings and presentations. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, strong underwriting skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to balance and prioritize multiple investment opportunities. The individual will also be expected to have existing networks within private markets for sourcing and vetting managers and to take a lead role in ad hoc projects, ESG, and market research.The ideal candidate for this position at the company will be a team player with a strong interest and intellectual curiosity in the private markets. Proficiency in financial statement analysis, modeling, and asset-based valuations is essential, as is the ability to learn new systems and processes. The role involves working with a diverse team across different locations, so flexibility and a willingness to collaborate are key. The candidate should be able to mentor the analyst team and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
