We are seeking a Part-Time Temporary Channel Marketing Coordinator to provide essential support in coordinating marketing efforts for our wholesale channel. This role will be based at our headquarters and will involve assisting in event coordination, managing wholesale partnerships, and supporting overall marketing initiatives. This position is perfect for individuals with strong organizational skills and an interest in channel marketing. 

 *Assignment expected to end DEC 2024, this role is approximately 17-20 hours per week*

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Event Coordination Support to include assisting in coordinating logistics for trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Support the Trade Show and Events Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale partners.
• Assist in communicating with wholesale partners to ensure their marketing needs are met.
• Provide administrative support for various marketing initiatives targeted towards the wholesale channel.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and collateral for events and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of wholesale partner information and event-related data.
• Input data into relevant databases and systems as needed.
• Customer Service interacting with wholesale partners, providing assistance and support as required.
• Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree completed or in progress is preferred.
• Prior experience in marketing, event coordination, trade shows, conferences is preferred.
• Strong aptitude for marketing and administrative tasks are essential.
• Proficient in office management and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.

Pay Range:$18.75 - $22/hr
