We are looking for a Labor Assistant to come join the 4Wall team! What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for assisting the Labor Coordinator with all temporary and freelance labor-related initiatives. This will include onboarding new freelancers, booking and coordinating travel, requesting and entering in time cards, scheduling prep labor, various data entry and reconciliation, and other administrative duties. What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will have excellent organization, written, and verbal skills. You must be able to work independently. Familiarity in the entertainment lighting industry is preferred, but not required. What you should know: This position is full time.
