Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our care. Your role will involve educating and engaging with children of various ages, from infants to preschoolers. Duties:
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Create a structured daily schedule that includes playtime, learning activities, meals, and rest periods
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members
- Monitor and address any behavioral issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting or similar role
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to create engaging educational activities for children
- Understanding of the importance of routine and structure in a childcare setting
- Experience working in a daycare or as a nanny is preferred
