4U Home Health Care South, LLC is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our excellent field team! Candidate will assist in the care of an elderly male client in the New Prague area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist client with daily living activities (shower, grooming, etc.)
- Assist with meals (prep, cook)
- Companionship
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Light housekeeping duties (sweep/mop/dishes/laundry)
- Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
Qualifications:
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build a positive rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Background / fingerprint check and two-step TB Mantoux
