4U Home Health Care South, LLC is Hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) Near Rosemount, MN

Job Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities: - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Provide companionship and emotional support to patients - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up - Help patients with mobility and transfers - Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality - Provide assistance with tube feeding, catheter care, and other specialized care as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Experience: - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required - Familiarity with hospice care is a plus - Knowledge of senior care practices and techniques is beneficial Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Empathy and compassion for individuals in need of care - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Attention to detail in providing patient care If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for the position of Home Health Aide.
