We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Residential and Commercial Projects Superintendent to oversee and manage window film application projects from beginning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, preferably previous experience as a superintendent in construction or similar industries, possessing exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. As the Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop general project plans, including installation timelines and materials needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for both residential and commercial projects.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Lead and manage small team of window film application technicians.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure technicians meet project objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with managers, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and meeting project specifications.
  • Identify and address challenges promptly, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with managers to resolve any issues impacting film application.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a superintendent or people manager in any projects.
  • Strong understanding of management and some understanding of window film application.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and implement practical solutions.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Relevant certifications in management or related field are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
