***Soccer Shots is ramping up its operation, and we are looking to expand our team of early childhood educators and coaches for children ages 2 - 5 to accommodate our growth. We are expanding into more day cares, preschools, parks... all over the area.***
The more availability you have, the more sessions you can run, the more money you can make. We are looking for candidates to coach 3-10 sessions per week.
Soccer experience NOT necessary. Energy and enthusiasm for helping children is a MUST!
WHO TYPICALLY FILLS OUR ROLE AS COACH:

- Early Education Teachers (or in college to become one)
- Elementary Teachers (or in college to become one)
- Students
- Stay At Home Parents
- Semi-Retired persons looking to stay active
- Fitness Coaches
- Preschool Teachers
BENEFIT TO YOU:
- Starting Pay - $15/session, which is $30-$35/hour
- After initial training, Part time coaches coach between 4 and 20 sessions per week, depending on work availability
- Seasonal pay raises and bonuses for passing Coach Evaluations

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
- Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License
- High School Diploma
- Eligible to work in the U.S., to include passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
- Coaching and playing experience is preferred but not required. We will train you!

- Safely manage a class of up to 15 children
- Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
- Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
- Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
- Go home knowing you made a difference
