Job Description 
4M Building Solutions is seeking to hire a paid, full time, Regional Coordinator to join our company. We are a company that takes pride in our 360 Degree Teamwork and Family Culture. 
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.

- Place new ads when needed. Keep job ads updated on bi-monthly basis
- Recruit candidates for new jobs starts.
- Call and set up interviews when needed.
- Assist in sending candidates pre-employment requests as well as onboarding. paperwork to pull through the process.
- Review and approve completed onboarding and I-9 forms.
- Enter termination and pay rate change PCN's.
- Keep I-9 files up to date (Active and Inactive).
- Pull terminated Team Member files and place them in the terminated TMs E-files. Yearly purging of both TM files and I-9 forms.
- Assist Regional Manager and Account Manager in approving hours in eHub for the region.
- Enter Pay rate changes, address changes, and W-4 changes in the system.
- We have a payroll department in our corporate office in St. Louis MO you will only need to enter data, NOT process payroll.
- Complete unemployment claims on Equifax Casebuilder.
- Track the number of Drug Tests and order when needed.
- Track team member's shirt inventory and order when needed.
- Reporting- Update Regional Goal Tracker and send out on a weekly basis.
- Run paycheck warning report bi-weekly to determine if terminations needed to be completed.
- Complete ACA Eligibility report weekly and send it to HR.
- Ehub tracking work tickets, Corrigo WO tracking and facial recognition.
Job Requirements

• Flexible schedule for days and evenings

• Must pass background screening

• Must pass drug screening

• Reliable transportation preferred

- Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English preferred)
