4-L Family Farms is a fourth generation potato farm located in Shelbyville, MI just south of Gun Lake between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. We grow potatoes in Allegan, Barry and Kalamazoo counties.

We are looking to add a general laborer/equipment operator to the team, there is nothing general about this job however. If you like variety and oppourtunity this may be a good fit for you.

Responsibilities would include assisting with grading, harvesting and loading potatoes on to trucks for delivery to customers, potato storage maintenace, cleaning and repair, equipment operation if desired including tractor, straight truck, skid steer and forklift operation.

No experience required, must have a valid drivers license, a desire to grow as and indivdual, be punctual and work well with others .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
