As a supplier returns associate, you will maintain and manage all supplier returns accurately and in timely manner.

Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis : Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
• Maintain and manage a database of products being returned to our suppliers.
• Monitor and enter data into key reports on a daily basis.
• Communicate with other departments on a daily basis.
• Inspect and verify correct products are being returned to our suppliers.
• Prepare and process returns for shipping.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties directed by the receiving supervisor or receiving team lead.

Required education / skills / experience :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
• Previous inventory or shipping experience preferred.
