- Design and develop instructional materials using various tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, and Blackboard
- Apply instructional design theories, such as ADDIE, to create innovative and interactive learning solutions
- Utilize project management skills to ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning content
- Create engaging multimedia elements including videos and interactive simulations
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of learning materials
- Provide guidance on best practices for online course design and delivery
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or related field
- Proficiency in using authoring tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with video editing software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with exceptional proofreading skills
