Job Title: Personal Videographer

Job Overview: We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented videographer to help create engaging video content for YouTube, social media platforms, and to update our Wordpress website. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in videography, editing, and an ability to capture the brand's vision through compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Videography and Production
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Collaborate to brainstorm and execute creative video ideas that align with brand goals.
• Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment (canon r5, blackmagic, iPhone).
• Content Editing
• Edit raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos.
• Incorporate graphics, sound effects, music, and subtitles to enhance content.
• Optimize videos for each platform's requirements and audience.
• WordPress Content Support
• Occasionally assist with embedding videos into WordPress posts/pages.
• Trend Monitoring and Analytics
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video content and implement fresh ideas.
• Monitor video performance analytics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.
• Basic understanding of WordPress CMS.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to pre-pro and plan out shoots
• Be able to schedule month long campaigns and series based content
• Ability to work independently and meet deadline

50%-50% split of YT monetization if interested to grow long-term
