Job Description/Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with a specialization in Technology Lead roles, possessing 8 to 11 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS SQL Server and Kafka, ready to drive our technology projects forward with innovative solutions and a commitment to excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of complex database solutions using MS SQL Server. - Design and optimize data processing pipelines, incorporating Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of database systems and architecture. - Monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to resolve them.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and best practices in database management and data streaming.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise. - Optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Sr. Developer or Technology Lead, with a strong focus on MS SQL Server and Kafka.
• Solid understanding of database design, architecture, and management principles.
• Experience in developing and optimizing data streaming and processing solutions using Kafka.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of successful collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to high-quality coding and development practices.
• Required CERTIFIED IN MS SQL SERVER CERTIFIED KAFKA PROFESSIONAL
