Front of House Manager

Hearth Artisan Pizza is now accepting resumes for our FOH Manager position. Hearth is a popular, chef-led, wood-oven pizzeria and gastropub in the heart of Spenard. We make everything in house, offering organic ingredients while supporting local farms and brewers. Our environment is beautiful, warm and inviting with great art, hundred year old cannery wood and a lovely patio. We take pride in everything we do from our organic pizzas and awesome food to our curated beer and wine menus. The FOH Manager is an organized, energetic, and enthusiastic leader with at least four years of applicable leadership experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. You must be passionate about customer experience, be discerning, and seek to exceed expectations. You must possess strong leadership skills, manage people and responsibilities effectively, and be results oriented. Familiarity with Excel/Word, POS systems, metrics, and basic computer use is required. Experience with social media marketing is a big plus too.
