The Activities Assistant collaborates with the Activity Director to develop, plan, coordinate, implements and evaluates weekend resident activities to enhance their psychosocial, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being by performing the following functions adhering to the facility's policies and procedures as outlined below:
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identity the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
