The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering care to residents/patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with residents/patients, family members, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. We offer shift differentials for 3-11 and 11-7 shifts as well as weekend differentials for all shifts 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Valid Florida LPN License, required

· Valid BLS certification, required

 Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, preferred
