**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, providing excellent customer service, and promoting products or services to enhance the overall shopping experience.

**Duties:**

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers

- Scan goods and collect payments

- Issue receipts, or change due to customers

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Greet customers entering the establishment

- Answer customer questions and provide information about products or services

- Upsell products or services when appropriate

- Process returns and exchanges

**Skills:**

- Experience in technical sales or retail sales is a plus

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Familiarity with operating a cash register

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are advantageous

- Ability to conduct product demonstrations is beneficial

- Strong upselling skills to increase sales opportunities

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
