We are currently seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Seasonal Pest Control Technicians - No Prior Experience Necessary! Come help us protect and take care of those things that matter most!

Purpose of the Role:
● To provide a phenomenal pest control experience by completing Scheduled Services and/or Route in an Safe, Efficient, Effective, and Professional Manner
● Sale neighboring people to our current customers on our services
● Earn Right to Request Google/Facebook/Yelp/Angie’s List Review
● Help create and improve company efficiencies
Work Times:
● 8am to 6pm 4 days per week between Monday and Saturday

● High School Diploma/GED
● At Least 18 Years Old
● Valid Driver's License
● Have a Personal Smartphone with Data Plan
● Pass a Pre-employment Drug Test, Criminal Background Check, and Physical Ability Test
● Ability to Work Outside in All Types of Climate
● Physical Ability to Kneel, Stoop, Crawl and Work in Tight Areas Like Crawlspaces and Attics

Duties
● Drive Company Vehicle safely to Customer Locations
● Complete scheduled stops/route in an effective and efficient manner. Be on time.
● Service each home in excellent fashion. Always exceeding customer expectations
● Meet with Customers to Explain Service, Service Agreement and Have Customers Fill Out and Sign Appropriate Paperwork
● Inspects the Customer’s Premises to Identify Insect and Pest Problems and Apply Appropriate Products According to Label Directions
● Upon Service Completion, Fill out Necessary Paperwork Including the Service Ticket, New Sales Agreement, etc.
● Advise Customer of the Services Provided
● Contact Customers to Schedule Service Appointments and Respond to Any Problems
● Maintain Cleanliness of Vehicle and Equipment
● Achieve Assigned Service Performance Objectives
