Reports To:Managers, Directors, Partners

Responsibilities

• Review corporate, individual, partnership and other tax returns prepared by associates and give comments
• Perform in-charge responsibilities of specific tax, accounting and consulting engagements
• Supervise and mentor staff on a number of projects concurrently
• Directly correspond and communicate with the clients

Areas of Concentration

• Process engagement responsibilities from beginning to end including communicating status of assignments
• Train staff and provide useful feedback throughout engagement
• Research and resolve technical tax matters
• Assist with developing additional services for current clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university
• CPA license preferred
• 5-7 years tax experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Strong organization skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Excellent personnel development and delegation skills including training and instruction
