Position Summary Responsible for the review and evaluation of clinical information and documentation. Reviews documentation and interprets data obtained from clinical records or systems to apply appropriate clinical criteria and policies in line with regulatory and accreditation requirements for member and/or provider issues. Independently coordinates the clinical resolution with internal/external clinician support as required. Requires some travel to provider locations as needed. Required Qualifications -Unrestricted Arizona RN license. -Must reside in Arizona. -3 years of nursing experience. -Must have reliable transportation and willing and able to participate in local travel up to 10% of the time. Mileage will be reimbursed per company policy. Preferred Qualifications -Managed Care experience preferred. -Computer literacy and proficiency with navigating through internal/external computer systems, electronic medical record systems, and MS Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel. Education Associate degree required, bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $58,760.00 - $125,840.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
