4 Seasons Home Care is a growing company hiring multiple CNAs throughout the Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, Woodstock, Atlanta, and Cumming locations.

Looking for Caregivers who meet the following requirements :

• Current CNA or PCA
• Access to a reliable vehicle with a valid driver license , car registration , and insurance
• Background checks and drug screenings are required
• Must be trustworthy, dependable, honest, and caring
• Willingness to travel to clients within our service area
• Previous experience preferred but not required. We can train you!

Caregiver Responsibilities :

• Provide high quality and compassionate care by assisting residents with daily living activities
• Help with safe transfers (Hoyer lift experience is desirable; we can teach you!)
• Serve meals and record and report changes in eating habits
• Initiate and participate in leisure activities provided for residents
• Provide bathroom assistance , bathing, ambulation, shaving, dressing, etc.
• Maintain residents’ records daily and observe and report the health and emotional condition of each client.
• Assist residents with medication reminders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for your clients; perform general housekeeping such as light laundry, bed making, cleaning, etc.
• Follow procedures in emergencies and responds promptly and positively to client requests for assistance.
