Position Overview: This position is intended for anyone interested in becoming a Real Estate and Land Acquisition Assistant to get on-the-job training. As a Real Estate and Land Acquisition Assistant Trainee at 4 Life Construction, you will begin a training designed to provide you with hands-on experience and mentorship in real estate acquisitions. Working directly under the guidance of an experienced Acquisitions Manager, you will learn the intricacies of sourcing, evaluating, and facilitating the acquisition of real estate properties and land assets. Throughout the training period, you will have the opportunity to learn on the job, shadow the Acquisitions Manager, and gradually take on increasing responsibilities as you gain confidence and expertise.

Key Responsibilities: Included but not limited to

  • Shadow the Acquisitions Manager in daily activities related to market research, property analysis, prospect marketing, and acquisition coordination.
  • Assist in conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential real estate properties and land parcels for acquisition.
  • Analyze property listings, market trends, and demographic data under the guidance of the Acquisitions Manager.
  • Participate in the development of marketing materials such as flyers, mailers, and digital advertisements to promote acquisition opportunities.
  • Accompany the Acquisitions Manager in door-to-door prospecting efforts to connect with property owners and generate leads.
  • Assist in evaluating properties and land parcels to determine investment potential and feasibility.
  • Support the Acquisitions Manager in coordinating due diligence activities, including legal reviews, property inspections, and environmental assessments.
  • Participate in negotiations with property owners, brokers, and stakeholders under the guidance of the Acquisitions Manager.
  • Learn to manage documentation related to property acquisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners involved in the acquisition process, learning to coordinate daily activities effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, landowners, and industry stakeholders under the mentorship of the Acquisitions Manager.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of acquisitions and related activities.

Training Period: The training period will span 6 months, during which you will work closely with the Acquisitions Manager to learn the ins and outs of real estate acquisitions. At the end of the training period, a comprehensive review will be conducted to assess your progress and determine the next steps in your career development.
