4 Crew Texas, LLC is a small, family owned crew services company that provides quality products and services to crew members who work onboard ships that dock throughout Texas.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Sales/Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Your role will involve managing the sales and administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time, salaried position. Required work days are as follows on a biweekly rotating schedule:

Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (OFF Tues/Wed)

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (OFF Mon/Tues)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of 2-3 part-time associates providing services onboard the ship.
• Manage and coordinate our retail sales efforts onboard to crew members.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, and maintaining a diverse in-demand inventory.
• Maintain office supplies, sales inventory, and place orders as needed.
• Run our in-office mail delivery program - this includes receiving, sorting, scanning, and packing all mail to prepare for transport to the ship.
• Promote services to new crew members by distributing marketing materials.
• Communicate with senior leaders onboard the ship and relay all pertinent information to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• High School diploma; college degree preferred
• Proven experience in management and retail sales in a fast paced environment.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be willing and able to pass a background check.
