Talent Acquisition Compliance Analyst

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Talent Acquisition Compliance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Review US Talent Acquisition (TA) compliance processes and identify compliance process improvements
  • Lead prioritization of Workday and Paradox enhancement ideas
  • Manage all conflict-of-interest requests as well as the ordering of MVRs (Motor Vehicle Requests) and for internal hires and executive background checks
  • Manage TA compliance Salesforce case assignment
  • Support compliance specialist with investigations data pulling
  • External only job postings
  • Payment required niche board posting
  • LinkedIn seat and posting management
  • Add new users to 3M systems such as Paradox and SEA
  • Other Duties as assigned
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Two (2) years of combined experience in a Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and/or Compliance role in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Experience with talent acquisition compliance
  • Experience with entire onboarding process
  • Project management skills
  • Self-starter/self-directed that leads with high energy and passion
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to multiple audiences, especially in conveying the “why” behind certain policies
  • Ability to properly prioritize and act quickly to reduce impact on hiring and compliance timelines
  • Results oriented with strong process and execution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of leadership
  • Demonstrated organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
  • Exhibit negotiation and consultation skills
  • Exhibit project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
