Job Details

3Ci islooking for someone who can quickly resolve issues on a user-based level. This role involves hardware support and essential training items. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Unified Communications, be meticulous when applying changes and gathering information, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to handle multiple requests from end users and leaders is vital.This position offers the opportunity to be part of a company-wide migration project from a Unified Communication system to Dialpad, a cutting-edge cloud SAS platform. To support this transition, we are seeking a Telephony Engineer to join our team on a temporary basis.
Requirements:

Cloud telephony experience (DialPad experience is ideal)
Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing
Strong customer service skills for supporting internal customers
Solid documentation skills
Familiarity with Mitel and DialPad systems

Responsibilities:

Documenting skills for writing knowledge base articles
Hands-on building out the platform
Working on tickets and resolving issues promptly
Verifying information via spreadsheets
Providing support with Mitel and DialPad systems
