We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Barback at our upscale restaurant with a bustling bar. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring smooth operations during busy service hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Retrieve and restock glassware, garnishes, and other bar essentials as needed.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels by keeping track of stock and notifying management of low supplies.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and adhere to sanitation and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by promptly addressing guest needs and inquiries.
• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff members to uphold the high standards of our establishment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
