Our Twin Cities franchise is currently looking to hire driven individuals who enjoy a job that keeps you active while also growing your sales and customer service skill set.
As a member of our team, you will:

• Drive our branded, 16 foot long box trucks to different job sites across the Twin Cities metro area
• Be trained to use our pricing sheet to give estimates on the cost of junk removal
• Assist your partner with loading the unwanted items into our company vehicles, expertly loading our truck for max capacity
• Be a member of a hard-working team, competing to have the best metrics and win our coveted Employee of the Month bonus!
• Earn an average of $24-$27/hour, which is made up of tips, bonuses, and a base hourly pay. Tips and bonuses are effort-based; the more you put in, the more you get out! Can you be an elite earner and make $40 /hour?
• Become eligible for health insurance after 60 days (2 months) of employment, and a 401K with 4% match after 180 days (6 months) of employment

Requirements

• You will be driving around the Twin Cities metro area! In order to do so, a valid Driver's License is required for this position.
• After closing an estimate, you will help your partner remove the unwanted items. You must be able to lift at least 80 pounds to shoulder level.
• In order to succeed in this position, you must have a hard-working attitude and positive outlook - this will help you connect with customers, close estimates, and make more money!

Scheduling

• We have 2 shifts, the AM shift from 6:45 am until 3pm, and the PM shift, from 12 pm until 9 pm. Employees are required to work at least one PM shift every week
• We schedule people 5 days a week, but our business is open every week day - at least one day of weekend availability is REQUIRED!

While no experience is required, this is a great position for people with experience in phone sales, door to door sales, drivers, construction, warehouse laborers, military veterans, college students, movers, temp workers, and other sales based positions.
