We are currently hiring to fill 2 full time positions - are you ready to join our team?As a Truck Team Member at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, you will:

• Travel around the Tucson area, helping people rid themselves of unwanted junk.
• Spend time outdoors, regularly lifting items as heavy as 100 pounds.
• Be trained in pricing our and estimating services with a goal of becoming Sales Lead, running your own route and earning more money!
• Provide exceptional experiences to all of our customers.

Compensation and Benefits:

• An average hourly pay of $20-$23 /hour, made up of tips and bonuses, and a competitive base pay of $15.50/hour for eligible drivers.
• Health insurance eligibility for all full time employees after 2 months
• 401K with 4% match for all employees (full time and part time) after 6 months

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 or older
• Must be able to regularly lift 100 pounds
• Must have at least one year of sales experience, including upselling
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in the Tucson summer
• Valid driver's license is required (CDL not required)

This role is specifically designed for people who like to be physically active and practice customer service, with a goal of having them become one of our newest Sales Leads. We only have one, part time position open!
