360 Talent Avenue is partnering with a leading nationwide Solar company to hire Electrical Assistants in Anaheim, CA. These are Full Time, permanent positions with our client.

As a Electrical Assistant you will assist with:

• Installing and sealing roof attachments, equipment racking supports and solar panels
• Electrical wiring of solar array/system (DC and AC) and installing raceways around residential applications: roofs, attics, walls
• Site survey activities, construction tasks, site maintenance and inventory tracking
• Preparing, loading, and organizing installation vehicles
• Attending training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety

Requirements:

• High School or Trade School degree in a discipline related to construction or building sciences
• 1 years of solar installation or electrical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems 
• A valid driver’s license in CA
• Ability to use ladder daily; lift, squat, pull, kneel, stand and carry up to 50lbs throughout shift
• Comfortable working in tight spaces (attic/crawl space)
