Job Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Dentist, licensed in California, to provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and treat dental conditions, while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
Bi-lingual (Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese) STRONGLY PREFERRED.
MUST Provide His/Her own Malpractice Insurance.
Duties:
- Perform dental examinations, including comprehensive evaluations and routine check-ups
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions (optional), and root canals (optional)
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans for patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize medical imaging technology to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
- Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean dental office environment
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed Dentist
- Proficient in performing dental procedures with precision and efficiency
- Knowledge Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and oral health conditions
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the dental team
- Attention to detail for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Ability to perform vital signs monitoring during procedures
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols to ensure patient safety
We offer competitive compensation ($650 per day) based on experience.
