Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Laborer to join our team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various concrete construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires experience in concrete work and the ability to operate heavy equipment. Duties: - Assist with the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects - Set up and dismantle concrete forms, ensuring they are properly aligned and secured - Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand or power tools - Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and power trowels - Assist with the installation of rebar and wire mesh reinforcement - Perform general labor tasks such as digging trenches, moving materials, and cleaning work areas - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: - Previous experience working with concrete in a construction setting - Knowledge of commercial driving regulations (CDL preferred) - Familiarity with roofing, carpentry, tile laying, trim carpentry, hardscape, flooring installation, or masonry is a plus - Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently - Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting as required - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
