Qualifications: We are a New York-based personal injury law firm dedicated to providing strong legal representation to individuals who have been seriously injured in an accident due to another person's carelessness or negligence. Our team of experienced and knowledgeable lawyers is committed to helping our clients understand their legal rights and options in order to achieve the best outcome possible.

The Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing legal advice and representation to clients, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, preparing and presenting cases in court, and collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals.
Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of law and legal procedures
  • Experience in personal injury law
  • Ability to provide legal advice and counsel to clients
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • 3 years of experience practicing law in a personal injury law firm
  • Experience with trial preparation and litigation is a plus
  • Candidate must be fluent in English & Spanish
