360 Project Management LLC is Hiring an Assistant Project Manager (Construction) Near Slippery Rock, PA

COMPANY OVERVIEW

360 Project Management is a full-service independent construction project management and advisory firm that supports clients from the early stages of planning and site selection through design and development, construction administration, occupancy and facilities management.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and flexible Assistant Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in construction project management with room for advancement. This role will be responsible for assisting the Project Managers with overseeing the planning, implementation and execution of the project through closeout on multiple projects simultaneously.

This role requires working independently and as a team. The selected candidate will possess outstanding communication and organizational skills, a high level of initiative, and attention to detail as well as strong problem solving skills. Extensive collaboration and communication with the general contractors, onsite construction teams, vendors and internal teams is critical to ensure the project timelines are met, within budget and meeting the quality expectations of our clients. Travel and remote work will be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist Project Managers in the oversight of multiple projects simultaneously

· Participate in project planning activities

· Assist with procurement management, resource allocation and quality control

· Monitor progress to ensure milestones are met and identifying potential risks while being solution oriented

· Conduct site visits and inspections as necessary

· Coordinate and document project meetings

· Maintain project records and documentation

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through regular updates on project status, milestones and any project concerns

REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS

· 1-3 years’ experience in the construction industry

· Valid drivers license required

· Knowledge of construction principles and practices

· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary

· Strong attention to detail

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills

· Ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear projects scope and goals and understanding the deliverables

· Must be driven and motivated

· Ability to work independently and within a team environment

· Proficient in MS Office programs

· Must have the ability to learn at a rapid pace

· Ability to interact effectively at all levels

· Strong customer skills and must be quality and results driven

· Willingness to travel as necessary

· Construction management software experience desired but not required

· Smartsheet experience desired but not required

SALARY AND BENEFITS

· Salary $60,000-$65,000 DOE

· Paid Time Off

This position will be a hybrid of remote work and travel
