360 Human Services (formally known as JFHS LLC) is a family-oriented company specializing in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disorders. We are looking to hire a Behavioral Technician who will work with toddlers, children, and/or teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
Behavioral Technicians will work under the supervision of our Case Supervisors, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's), and our trainers who are all members of a Clinical Team. All employees are expected to go through extensive paid on-the-job training.
Position Summary:
The role of Behavioral Technician at 360 Human Services (formally known as JFHS LLC), is to be part of the clinical team and assist with implementing (ongoing supervision of a Clinical Supervisor or BCBA) analytic-behavioral services by conducting a 1:1 direct session with the company clients focusing on, including, but not limited to:
