Experienced maintenance manager needed in southern Minnesota to oversee a well built and well ran plant, managing employees and handling all day to day operations. This person should have a technical background and have experience managing a team of employees as well as hands on maintenance experience and knowledge of plant operations including preventative maintenance, upkeep and repair of mechanic equipment of pumps, motors, conveyors, various tools and machines and more.
