We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to oversee our drywall projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Compensation:

• $90,000 - $110,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage drywall projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
• Manage project documentation and ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Manage project budgets and financials
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Develop and manage project teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• 2 years of experience in drywall project management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Experience managing budgets and financials
