360 Fire & Flood is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near Southfield, MI

Position Description:
360 Fire & Flood is looking for a skilled and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing various marketing initiatives, including updating the company website, creating marketing collateral, and preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs). The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in both digital and print marketing techniques.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain the company website with fresh content, including product/service information, blog posts, news updates, and event announcements.
  • Collaborate with web developers or use content management systems (CMS) to make website updates, ensure functionality, and optimize user experience.
  • Monitor website traffic, performance metrics, and user engagement to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance website visibility and effectiveness.
  • Design and develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales sheets, to support sales efforts and promote brand awareness.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing materials, adhering to company guidelines and standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance in marketing collateral.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotes (RFQs) in response to client inquiries and project opportunities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information, compile data, and create compelling proposals that address client needs and requirements.
  • Ensure RFP responses are accurate, well-written, and delivered within established deadlines, adhering to formatting and submission guidelines.
  • Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and competitive landscape to inform content development and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and events.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for all conferences, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand messaging.
  • Manage all aspects of conference participation, including booth logistics, setup, and staffing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather content, photos, and videos for marketing collateral, working closely with Basso to create compelling content.
  • Handle vendor paperwork and compliance programs, ensuring vendors meet company standards and requirements.
  • Manage Google updates and reviews, monitoring and responding to feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Facilitate tradeshow registration and association paperwork for events, ensuring timely completion and compliance with event requirements.
  • Order collateral materials and supplies needed for conferences and events, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare for tradeshows, including booth design, promotional materials, and staffing assignments, to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Provide sales representatives in other offices with the tools and supplies they need to effectively promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales support materials and resources, such as presentations, brochures, and samples, to enhance sales efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on website management, collateral creation, and RFP preparation.
  • Proficiency in web content management systems (CMS), graphic design software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, best practices, and emerging trends in digital and traditional marketing.
  • Experience with RFP response processes and familiarity with procurement procedures is a plus.
