Position Description: 360 Fire & Flood is looking to add an Estimator to the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing construction estimates in Xactimate.
Responsibilities:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience preparing estimates in Xactimate.
  • Must be capable of estimating fixed bid projects and time and material projects.
  • Responsible for projects exceeding $1M.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of all 360 Fire & Flood services.
  • Must understand scope, schedule work, communicate professionally, ensure project safety, and maintain quality controls.
  • Review daily requirements of the projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges.
  • Provide appropriate field documentation, photo logs, graphs and sketches for various projects.
  • Must maintain attention to detail.
  • Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
  • Will be required to work nights and weekends as requested and travel periodically.
    Qualifications
    5 plus years of industry experience
    Job Type: Full-time
    Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
