Responsibilities: Prepare and assist with analyses and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis Perform analytical review of financial results against the plan/forecast and before reporting the results to management Ability to provide thoughtful explanations for variances against expectations Produce monthly packages including trends, variance analysis, and future expectations Assist with the preparation of the annual operating budget and monthly forecasts Monitor and analyze financial performance to support operational decision-making, and provide insight into trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Communicate with co-workers and management in a courteous, timely and professional manner Problem solving and critical thinking Other duties, as necessary Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Minimum of 3 years working experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Experience in Microsoft Access is preferred Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial skills Detail-oriented and accurate with numbers and data Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
