Job Description:
As a Cleaner at 3 Girls and a Bucket, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch cleaning services to our clients in residential and commercial settings. This role requires individuals who are highly motivated, detail-oriented, punctual, reliable, and possess a positive attitude. The job is fast-paced and physically demanding, but it offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to creating clean and inviting spaces for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks according to company standards and client specifications
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust various surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation is required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Must be highly motivated and detail-oriented
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and procedures
