Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Counter Person to join our team. As a Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the counter. This position requires knowledge of food service, cash handling, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

- Understanding of basic retail math for cash handling

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $12.00 - $17.66 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
