2 Sisters Cleaning & Carpet Cleaning Services LLC in Milwaukee, WI is looking for one experience Floor Care Technician Part-Time M-F 5 pm-9 pm to join our 9 person strong team. We are located on 7607 W Townsend Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Qualifications:

*Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods *Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely *Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions *Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks *Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks *Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities

Schedule: 5:00 pm-9:00 pm M-F (Some weekend work may be required)

*Perform floor care and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing floors *Operate floor cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, and floor polishers *Strip and wax floors as needed *Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines *Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies *Respond to requests for floor cleaning services in a timely manner *Assist with other custodial duties as assigned *Cleaning and maintaining of walking surfaces, Including but not limited to carpets of all types, vinyl floors, ceramic and other type tiles and surfaces *This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time

Requirements:

*Reliable Transportation *Able to pass Sheriff Background check *At least 2 years of Solid Floor Care work history

• Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely
• Previous experience in environmental services, custodial work, or commercial cleaning REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Experience:

• Floor care: 4 year (Preferred)

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 (based on experience) per hour

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $19.00 - $25.00/hour.
