2HB Incorporated is seeking a Applications Architect in order to support its government customer Chantilly, VA. 

1. Partner and collaborate with the sponsor, stakeholders, and other teams for the development and support of legacy applications, tools, systems, and services.
2. Develop and configure networks, tools, and cloud platform solutions to address current requirements and extend capabilities.
3. Apply expert technical solutions developing and leveraging best practice approaches to support the Sponsor’s platform engineering efforts.

1. Track Project schedules and provide the Sponsor with monthly updates.
2. Document business and technical requirements for network and platform support efforts.
3. Document network and platform architectures.
4. Document software code.
5. Document networks, tools, and platform security in support of the Sponsor’s architectural and Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) processes.
6. Track and prepare risk assessments and mitigation recommendations for programs.
7. Provide status updates, report project implementation issues, risk management and mitigation recommendations, and transition activity status updates.
8. Verify and document that solutions meet the Sponsor’s business needs and technical requirements.
9. Provide and prepare test packages to include user stories, test cases, and results.
10. Provide a Transition Plan detailing the process to accomplish the transition of all work from the current contract to the follow-on Contractor and closeout the program no less than 60 (sixty) calendar days prior to the contract end date. The Transition Plan shall include:
    1.  A detailed transition schedule with Day 1, 5, 15, 30, etc. milestones, progress reviews, etc.
    2. A staffing plan detailing personnel transition.
    3. Updated project documentation and SOPs.
    4. A communication plan for transition between the incumbent candidate, USG, and follow on candidate.
    5.  Security debriefings, access/account terminations, etc.
