We are seeking a Drywall Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the construction project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff, and other duties. Preferably with commercial drywall experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review contracts, create new files using our construction software, monitor all stages of the jobs, and update files.
· Adhere to the company’s safety programs, training, and policies, as well as promote and manage the Safety & Health performance of project team members and subcontractors.
· Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day construction activities and the successful execution of single or multiple projects simultaneously.
· Develop new and manage existing client relationships while interfacing with the client for proposal and project-related items.
· Maintains compliance with the contract terms for quality, schedule, estimating, and profitability.
· Manage multiple projects and work crews on various worksites and their weekly routine
· Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adherence to construction schedules.
· Thorough knowledge of contract documents required to properly plan construction sequencing, staffing, and subcontractor coordination.
· As needed, coordinates with associated trades for efficient workflow
· Equipment coordination
· Provide training to construction coordinators, craft supervisors, and assistant construction project managers if needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in construction management, or a related field preferred
· Experience with Commercial Drywall projects
· Must be computer literate in Microsoft, Scheduling, email, etc.
· Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening
· Knowledge of job site safety requirements and understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues
· Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking
· A good work ethic and strict adherence to safe work practices
· Valid driver’s license.
· Clean driving record.
