2H Talent LLC is Hiring an Architectural Project Manager Job Near Anaheim, CA

We're Hiring!

We are seeking a Project Manager/ Architect to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the leadership and technical execution of project design, building code and stamping, technical quality of project documentation. Experience with HCAI/OSHPD projects and reading Structural Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring overall design intent of the project team is incorporated into the detailed documentation.
  • Monitors the design process from conceptual phase through construction administration, ensuring the design idea is consistent and properly executed.
  • Writes and/or works with the project specification writer to develop specifications and is responsible for coordination of drawings and specifications.
  • Plans and develops projects of various sizes and works under supervision
  • Investigates, evaluates, and recommends design solutions, prioritizes work, receives guidance on complex issues
  • Participates in cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates
  • Participates in construction administration by reviewing shop drawings and submittals, responding to RFI’s, working to solve construction issues, and performing site visits to assess general conformance with the design concept
  • Assists with marketing and business development activities
  • Travel for project-related activities may be required
  • Coordinating the work of junior professionals and technicians
  • Consistently reviews work and communicate needs and concerns to project staff.
  • Defines staff requirements for projects as needed or directed.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as required.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
  • Architecture registration required.
  • Well-rounded diverse candidate with a variety of HCAI/OSHPD projects experience preferred.
  • Reading Structural Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing plans.
  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft, email, etc.
  • AutoCAD experience is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of building design and construction means, methods, and techniques
  • Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening
  • Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking
  • A good work ethic and strict adherence to safe work practices
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Clean driving record.
