Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Skills:
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Cash handling experience, including processing payments and providing accurate change
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials or events
- Experience in catering or food service is a plus
- Retail math skills for inventory management and pricing calculations
