YOUR ROLE For Armacell Benelux based in Thimister, we are seeking a talented Salesforce CRM Analyst (FR-EN) to join our division sales & marketing team. The Salesforce CRM Analyst will be responsible for the administration of CRM solutions, analyzing system features, trends, opportunities, and customer activity, and managing the sales analytics infrastructure to effectively grow the business. This role requires organizational talent, independent work ability, good project management skills, and excellent communication skills. YOUR MAIN TASKS Maintain CRM/Salesforce and administer tools to assist in creating pull-through demand. Create effective List-Views, Reports, and Dashboards to ensure users receive organized information that drives sales and process efficiencies. Develop unique dashboards to track the success of corrective actions to address sales shortfalls. Establish processes for developing and deploying analytics solutions for the Sales & Marketing organization. Conduct audits to maintain data integrity and identify areas for improvement. Ensure data accuracy on major Objects and manage account costing efficiently. Create monthly reports and provide analytic feedback to stakeholders and management. Elaborate and update training materials, support organization with training of Salesforce use. Provide support and training to new users and re-training of users in need. Communicate new features and system changes to all users, and provide training if needed. Collect feedback regularly to identify areas for system improvement and review with regional administrators for cross-knowledge. YOUR PROFILE Experience with Salesforce is required. Analytical mindset with excellent office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), ideally experience with BI-tools (SAP Analytics). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Good Project Management skills. Competency in gathering and documenting business requirements. Solution and result-driven attitude. Strong service orientation and enjoy working in a remote and multi-national team. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally. High levels of diligence and reliability, self-reliant.
